At our facility we offer the best of both worlds where you can not only have an office, but also a 10'x30' attached warehouse with plenty of room to store your various materials. Each one of our Flex Spaces includes a roll up door with 10'x30' warehouse attached to a ~10'x10' or ~10'x15' office suite and a gated parking spot.  You can enter your office suite through the warehouse or through the office.  There is no place like this in the Imperial Valley and even if you could find something similar, you won't find a better value or a nicer facility, or a better community of people.
